Refund Policy

We understand all situations that may prevent you from keeping your booking rental or training session. We have several options for you in place to request a refund.  Please carefully read our refund policy for rentals and trainings.

Rentals: Refunds are processed when the cancelation is notified 14 days prior to the rental date via email to info@justsoccerfutsal.org . Once the refund is processed, it will take up to 12 days to reflect in your bank statement. If the rental does not fulfill the required time (14 days), we will be happy to reschedule the booking for another time that is convenient for you and the facility. 

Training Sessions: We are happy to refund individual training sessions that were not fulfilled due to any reasons expressed by our clients. Once the refund is processed, it will take up to 12 days to reflect in your bank statement.  You are also welcomed to reschedule the appointment for another time/ session at no cost to you.  To request a refund, please email info@justsoccerfutsal.org .
